The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies.  Please keep in mind my items are handmade and knitted items take longer to make.  For details, see individual items.

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.  However, unwanted items can be exchanged once received if they are eligible under our return policy.  For more information, please refer to our return policy.

Petite Star Rising is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes.
